Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how App Download Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.appdownloadhub.net (the “Website”). App Download Hub is based in the United States. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select, and your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website, our servers and third-party partners automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and similar technologies. We and our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. See “Advertising and cookies” below.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial or health data.

2. How we use information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Website
  • To respond to your messages and requests
  • To display advertising, including personalized advertising, through Google AdSense
  • To understand how the Website is used and improve our content
  • To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Advertising and cookies (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense to show ads on the Website. Google is a third-party vendor that uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Website and other websites.

  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
  • You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
  • Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads on the Website. To learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block cookies, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

4. Other third-party services

  • Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google’s servers, so your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads.
  • Hosting provider: the Website runs on servers operated by our hosting company, which processes technical data on our behalf.
  • App stores and other links: when you click a Google Play or App Store button or any external link, you leave our Website. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

  • With service providers that help us run the Website, such as our hosting and email providers
  • With advertising partners such as Google, as described above
  • When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of the Website

6. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

Personalized advertising through Google AdSense may be considered “sharing” under California law. To opt out, use Google Ads Settings, enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or contact us. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Texas, may have similar rights and can contact us to exercise them.

7. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. In line with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the Website does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as described above.

9. Data retention

We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than two years. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Advertising cookies are controlled by Google and other vendors under their own policies.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure HTTPS connections and regular software updates, to protect information. However, no method of transmitting or storing data online is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise your privacy rights, please reach us through our Contact Us page.
